Registration and cancellation terms

Information about sales, items and prices
The terms and conditions apply when registering your participation in the online form on this website. All registration options are listed together with the prices. Information about the items is presented in the registration form and on the other webpages. 

All registration have to be made via the online registration form.
Payments can be made via bank transfer after receiving the invoice -  any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the congress​ participants. 
The payment deadline is 10 days from submitting the registration form, the dates are also marked on the invoice.

Registration process
Registration for the events of the OIDFA2021 congress is subject to a fee. Please fill in all compulsory fields and make the selections about your participation. At the end of the form, you will see the total sum of your selections. You can then preview your registration form and then submit it. You will get the invoice via e-mail within an hour after registration. We can only accept euro-payments.

The registration is confirmed when the payment has been received. The fees are to be paid in advance, payment options will bec

ome available after successful online registration.

Some selections might have limits - this is marked next to the item. You can only make selections where there is still availability. If there is an error with the system, we will notify registrants as soon as possible and refund money for the selections that are no longer available within 14 days.

After filling in the registration form, an automatically generated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address inserted in the form free of charge. The e-mail contains a PDF link with the registration data which can be downloaded and serves as a written confirmation. The invoice will be sent after successful registration.

If you need some information on the invoice to be changed (e.g. some items to be added, a VAT number to be added, the payment deadline extended), please contact the secretariat. Cancellation policy
Should you cancel your registration by 15 May, 2021, the registration fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35€ and the bank charges for the refund. Should you cancel your registration by 15 June 2021, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35€. In the event of a cancellation after 15 June 2021, no refund is possible.

Please submit your cancellation to the Secretariat in writing via e-mail: Cancellation requests must contain the following information:

The full name of the person requesting the refund
Their e-mail address
The amount they paid
Their bank account number or IBAN
Their full address, including the postal code
Their country
The name of their bank and its full address
The SWIFT/BIC code

Name changes are free of charge. 

All refunds will be processed within two weeks after the congress.

In the case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, epidemics etc.) or any other major events that are beyond the control of the party in question such as governmental or other restrictions, Publicon PCO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations. Publicon PCO and the organising committee reserve the right to cancel or postpone the congress, which will bring about a revision of the registration terms&conditions and cancellation terms. The organisers reserve the right not to refund participation fees in full in order to cover organising costs, the proportion of the refund (if at all) will be deliberated by the organisers based on the force majeure situation. All registrants will be notified about updates via e-mail after such decisions have been made by the organising committee. The organisers will not be liable for any costs or damage that might befall the participant in relation to the event being cancelled or postponed or taking place in a decreased capacity.

Processing personal data
The secretariat will process the personal data (such as the name, phone number, address, e-mail address) inserted into the registration form only in relation to the registration to this congress.

We recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for your registration fee, hotel and airline booking. This is often included with credit card transactions, but check your own policy for details. Please also ensure that you have appropriate health insurance coverage. Please check beforehand if you need a visa for the country where the event is held and inform yourself about the visa application procedures and the time needed for processing a visa application.
